# Audience

A directory of every tracked user — the people who use your product and interact with your agent.

**Path:** Analytics → Audience

The Audience is the directory of **your users** — every person your product identifies to Foldspace. These are your customers' own users; Foldspace tracks them on your behalf so you can see who they are, what they do, and which of [your accounts](/user-guides/analytics/subscriptions/) they belong to.

Open it from the people icon in the Analytics sidebar. Click any row to open that user's [profile](/user-guides/analytics/user-profiles/).

## User table columns

| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| **Name** | User's display name |
| **Email** | User's email address |
| **Last Seen Date** | Most recent session timestamp |
| **Last Subscription ID** | The account the user currently belongs to |
| **Identify ID** | The ID your product passes to Foldspace via the embed code |
| **User Type** | Role classification (e.g., USER) |
| **Role** | Specific role within their account |
| **Lead Date** | When the user was first identified as a lead |
| **Sign Up Date** | Account creation date |
| **Last Modified Date** | When the user record was last updated |
| **Last User Agent** | Browser or device string from their last session |
| **Last Device** | Device type (Mac, iPhone, Android, etc.) |

## Filtering

Use the **Last Seen Date** filter at the top-left, or **+ More Filters** to narrow by any column. You can filter by user type, device, subscription status, date ranges, and more. Saved [segments](/user-guides/analytics/segments/) also appear here as filter options.

## Opening a user

Click any row to open the individual [user profile](/user-guides/analytics/user-profiles/), which shows their attributes, subscription, a filterable [event timeline](/user-guides/analytics/user-profiles/#timeline), and recent [session replays](/user-guides/analytics/session-replay/).

## Next steps

- Open a [user profile](/user-guides/analytics/user-profiles/) to see one user's full timeline.
- Group users into accounts with [Subscription](/user-guides/analytics/subscriptions/).
- Save a filtered view as a [segment](/user-guides/analytics/segments/).
