# HubSpot

Connect HubSpot as a CRM data source and as a native support-handoff destination that opens a ticket — no code required.

HubSpot works with Foldspace in two ways: as a **CRM connection** that keeps customer data in sync, and as a **support handoff destination** that turns an escalation into a HubSpot ticket.

## CRM data sync

Foldspace can **push data to** and **pull data from** HubSpot, matching records on the **user** and the **account** they belong to. That matching is what lets the agent work with the customer's real context instead of asking the user to restate it.

## Support handoff destination

HubSpot is also a **native** support handoff destination — no code required. When the agent escalates, Foldspace pushes the conversation summary and context to HubSpot as a **support ticket**.
