# HubSpot handoff

Push an escalated conversation to HubSpot as a support ticket — a native, no-code handoff destination.

HubSpot is a **native** handoff destination. When the agent escalates, Foldspace pushes the conversation summary and context to HubSpot as a **support ticket** for your team to pick up. Like the [email handoff](/user-guides/support-handoff/email/), it runs server-side — there is no code to write and nothing to implement in your product.

Use it when your team already works tickets in HubSpot. If you staff live chat and want the user to keep talking in the same session, use a live handoff to [Intercom](/guides/intercom-handoff/) or [Zendesk](/guides/zendesk-handoff/) instead.

## What the agent sends

Each escalation carries the one-line summary of the problem the agent synthesized, plus the conversation context — so the ticket opens with the problem already stated.

## Set it up

1. Turn **Offer support handoff** ON in [Style & behavior](/user-guides/building-your-agent/) → **Data Access & Handoff**.

2. Connect HubSpot in [Integrations](/user-guides/integrations/) and select it as the handoff destination.

3. Test a conversation that should escalate — ask for a human — and confirm the ticket appears in HubSpot with its summary.
