Audience
Path: Analytics → Audience
The Audience is the directory of your users — every person your product identifies to Foldspace. These are your customers’ own users; Foldspace tracks them on your behalf so you can see who they are, what they do, and which of your accounts they belong to.
Open it from the people icon in the Analytics sidebar. Click any row to open that user’s profile.
User table columns
Section titled “User table columns”| Column | Description |

| Name | User’s display name |
| User’s email address | |
| Last Seen Date | Most recent session timestamp |
| Last Subscription ID | The account the user currently belongs to |
| Identify ID | The ID your product passes to Foldspace via the embed code |
| User Type | Role classification (e.g., USER) |
| Role | Specific role within their account |
| Lead Date | When the user was first identified as a lead |
| Sign Up Date | Account creation date |
| Last Modified Date | When the user record was last updated |
| Last User Agent | Browser or device string from their last session |
| Last Device | Device type (Mac, iPhone, Android, etc.) |
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Use the Last Seen Date filter at the top-left, or + More Filters to narrow by any column. You can filter by user type, device, subscription status, date ranges, and more. Saved segments also appear here as filter options.
Opening a user
Section titled “Opening a user”Click any row to open the individual user profile, which shows their attributes, subscription, a filterable event timeline, and recent session replays.
