Settings
Settings is where you configure your account and system-wide controls. Switch to it from the gear menu in the top-left. A couple of settings are documented in the Developer Guide (Public API, Identity Verification) and linked here.
Account
Section titled “Account” Subscription settings Company profile, plan, and the time zone analytics report in.
User Management Invite teammates and control what each can see and change.
Token Quotas Cap token usage per agent to control spend and prevent abuse.
AI & API
Section titled “AI & API” AI API Keys The LLM provider keys your agents and task agents run on.
Public API REST API keys for programmatic access to your account.
Privacy & data
Section titled “Privacy & data” Recording Settings Control what session replay captures, and mask or exclude sensitive data.
Attribute Settings The user and subscription attributes Foldspace tracks, plus custom ones.
PII Control Mask personally identifiable information per agent.
Security & logs
Section titled “Security & logs” Identity Verification Verify user identity with JWT or HMAC signing.
Admin Console A delivery log of every outbound event, with status and payload.
