Tracked User Profile Details

Tracking your application users can be done by adding User Context tracking (see Installing the SDK).

Under Audience Explorer > Clicking on any user’s name in the list opens their detailed profile view. This page is divided into a Profile Snapshot (left sidebar) and detailed Activity Tabs (main panel).

This panel gives you a high-level overview of the tracked user’s status and environment:

  • Key Stats: Quickly view their Last Seen Date, Sign Up Date, and total Number of visits.
  • Device Context: See their primary operating system (e.g., Mac OS X) and language settings.
  • Segments: Displays all dynamic segments the user currently belongs to (e.g., Active users today, active users using session start).
  • Location: Geographic data derived from their IP address (Country, State, City).

The central panel organizes deep technical and behavioral data into four tabs:

This is the default view containing raw data fields associated with the user.

  • Default Attributes: System-generated data including their unique ID, Email, First Visit timestamp, and linked Subscription IDs.
  • Custom Attributes: Specific data points you are tracking for your app, such as Product Id or account type.
  • Location Attributes: Detailed geographic breakdown including Region and Postal Code.
  • Subscription: View the user’s current plan status, limits, and billing history.
  • Timeline: A chronological feed of every event the user has triggered (page views, clicks, errors).
  • Recordings: Direct access to Session Replays for this specific user, allowing you to watch their recent sessions without searching the main global list.
