User profile

Click any user in the Audience to open their profile. This is the complete view of one of your users: who they are, which of your accounts they belong to, everything they have done, and how they moved through your product.

The left panel summarizes the user at a glance:

  • Total visits and Last active across the top.
  • Profile: Sign Up Date and Language.
  • Device & Location: operating system and geographic location (derived from IP).
  • Acquisition: Lead Date, when the user was first identified as a lead.
  • Segments: every dynamic segment the user currently belongs to.

The values here come from the user context your product passes to Foldspace, plus the attributes you define. See Installing the SDK for how to send them.

The default tab. Raw attribute data for the user, split into:

  • Default attributes: system-generated fields — unique ID, email, first-visit timestamp, and the subscription IDs this user is linked to.
  • Custom attributes: the fields you track for your app (for example plan, role, or product ID). Define these under Attribute settings.
  • Location attributes: the full geographic breakdown, including region and postal code.

The subscription — the account this user belongs to — with its plan status, limits, and linked users. Not every customer tracks subscriptions; this tab is populated only when you pass subscription context.

A chronological feed of every event this user has triggered. Each entry is grouped by day and session, showing the time, the event, and (for page views) the path.

Filter the feed with:

  • Date range: Custom, Today, Last 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 days.
  • Type: narrow to a single event type.
  • Events: pick specific events, grouped by category:

The session replays for this user, so you can watch their recent sessions without searching the global list. This tab appears only when recording is enabled in Recording settings.
