Path: Analytics → Segments
Segments let you define named groups of users based on shared attributes or behaviors. Open it from the segment icon in the Analytics sidebar.
Create a segment
Section titled “Create a segment”Click Create New. Define rules — for example, “Users whose subscription is Pro AND who had more than 3 conversations in the last 30 days.” Save the segment with a name and description.
Use a segment
Section titled “Use a segment”Once created, segments appear as filter options throughout Analytics — on Dashboard widgets, in the Audience view, and in Reports. They let you compare how different user groups experience the agent.
