User intent
Path: Analytics → Dashboard → Conversations
User Intent classifies what users are trying to do in a conversation. The widget lists each intent as a horizontal bar with its conversation count and share (for example, “Action Request — 71 · 83.5%”). The header shows the overall signal trend against the previous period (for example, “+4.9% signals vs previous period”).
Intent categories
Section titled “Intent categories”Foldspace AI-classifies each conversation into one or more intents. Signals can overlap, so one conversation may appear in several intents.
| Intent | What it means |
|---|---|
| Information Request | The user is asking for information. |
| Action Request | The user wants the agent to do something. |
| Reported Issue | The user is reporting a problem. |

Section titled “Read it”- Hover an intent’s bar to see its change against the previous period and its count out of total conversations (for example, “+2.9% · 71 of 85”).
- A rising Reported Issue share signals a product problem worth investigating.
- A shifting intent mix tells you what users increasingly come to the agent for.
- Because intents overlap, the shares don’t sum to 100%.
- Filter by Agent or time range; in Reports, break User Intent down by intent for a full time series.
