User Intent classifies what users are trying to do in a conversation. The widget lists each intent as a horizontal bar with its conversation count and share (for example, “Action Request — 71 · 83.5%”). The header shows the overall signal trend against the previous period (for example, “+4.9% signals vs previous period”).

Foldspace AI-classifies each conversation into one or more intents. Signals can overlap, so one conversation may appear in several intents.

IntentWhat it means
Information RequestThe user is asking for information.
Action RequestThe user wants the agent to do something.
Reported IssueThe user is reporting a problem.
  • Hover an intent’s bar to see its change against the previous period and its count out of total conversations (for example, “+2.9% · 71 of 85”).
  • A rising Reported Issue share signals a product problem worth investigating.
  • A shifting intent mix tells you what users increasingly come to the agent for.
  • Because intents overlap, the shares don’t sum to 100%.
  • Filter by Agent or time range; in Reports, break User Intent down by intent for a full time series.
