HubSpot works with Foldspace in two ways: as a CRM connection that keeps customer data in sync, and as a support handoff destination that turns an escalation into a HubSpot ticket.
CRM data sync
Section titled “CRM data sync”Foldspace can push data to and pull data from HubSpot, matching records on the user and the account they belong to. That matching is what lets the agent work with the customer’s real context instead of asking the user to restate it.
Support handoff destination
Section titled “Support handoff destination”HubSpot is also a native support handoff destination — no code required. When the agent escalates, Foldspace pushes the conversation summary and context to HubSpot as a support ticket.
